Biogen today presented long-term outcomes data for Spinraza (nusinersen) in patients with spinal muscular atrophy (SMA). The data, from multiple clinical trials and observational studies, showed that Spinraza maintained significant improvements in motor function over long-term treatment. Patients who started treatment earlier showed better long-term outcomes.
