Gilead Sciences today announced results from the Phase 3 ENHANCE trial evaluating magrolimab in combination with azacitidine in patients with higher-risk myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS). The trial did not meet its primary endpoint of overall survival improvement compared to placebo plus azacitidine.
