Biogen today announced results from the Phase 3 ATLAS trial evaluating tofersen in presymptomatic individuals with SOD1 mutations who are at high risk of developing ALS. The trial demonstrated that tofersen significantly delayed the onset of ALS symptoms and functional decline compared to placebo.
