Eli Lilly Reports Phase 2 Data for Nusinersen in COVID-19

Eli Lilly today announced Phase 2 results for nusinersen in patients with COVID-19. The study demonstrated that nusinersen achieves clinical remission compared to standard of care or placebo. These results provide important insights into the treatment of COVID-19 and support the continued development of nusinersen in this patient population. The data were presented at a major medical conference and will be submitted for publication in a peer-reviewed journal. Regulatory submissions are planned based on these results.
