Amgen today announced Phase 3 subgroup analysis results for Acalabrutinib in patients with Endometrial cancer. The study demonstrated that Acalabrutinib reduces biomarker levels substantially compared to standard of care or placebo. These results provide important insights into the treatment of Endometrial cancer and support the continued development of Acalabrutinib in this patient population. The data were presented at a major medical conference and will be submitted for publication in a peer-reviewed journal. Regulatory submissions are planned based on these results. The safety profile of Acalabrutinib was consistent with previous observations, with no new safety signals identified.
