AbbVie today announced results from the Phase 3 BELLINI trial evaluating Venclexta (venetoclax) plus bortezomib and dexamethasone versus bortezomib and dexamethasone in patients with relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma. The trial demonstrated a significant improvement in progression-free survival with venetoclax, particularly in patients with t(11;14) translocation.
