AbbVie Reports Five-Year MURANO Trial Data for Venetoclax in CLL

AbbVie today presented five-year follow-up data from the Phase 3 MURANO trial evaluating fixed-duration venetoclax plus rituximab in patients with relapsed or refractory chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL). The data showed that 57% of patients who achieved undetectable minimal residual disease (uMRD) remained progression-free at five years without additional treatment.
