AbbVie today presented five-year follow-up data from the Phase 3 CLL14 trial evaluating Venclexta (venetoclax) plus obinutuzumab versus chlorambucil plus obinutuzumab in patients with previously untreated chronic lymphocytic leukemia. The data showed that 43% of patients in the venetoclax arm remained progression-free at five years, demonstrating the durability of responses with time-limited venetoclax-based therapy.
