AbbVie Reports Three-Year MEASURE UP Data for Rinvoq in Atopic Dermatitis

AbbVie today presented three-year follow-up data from the Phase 3 MEASURE UP 1 and MEASURE UP 2 trials evaluating Rinvoq (upadacitinib) in patients with moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis. The data showed that the skin clearance benefits of Rinvoq were maintained over three years of treatment, with approximately 50% of patients achieving clear or almost clear skin. The safety profile remained consistent with previous observations.
