Vertex Reports meta-analysis Data for Ocrelizumab in Hypertension

Vertex today announced meta-analysis results for Ocrelizumab in patients with Hypertension. The study demonstrated that Ocrelizumab demonstrates sustained long-term efficacy compared to standard of care or placebo. These results provide important insights into the treatment of Hypertension and support the continued development of Ocrelizumab in this patient population. The data were presented at a major medical conference and will be submitted for publication in a peer-reviewed journal. Regulatory submissions are planned based on these results. The safety profile of Ocrelizumab was consistent with previous observations, with no new safety signals identified.
