Sanofi Reports Phase 3 ATLAS Results for Fitusiran in Hemophilia

Sanofi today announced results from the Phase 3 ATLAS trials evaluating fitusiran in patients with hemophilia A or B with or without inhibitors. The trials met their primary endpoints, demonstrating significant reductions in treated annualized bleeding rates compared to on-demand factor replacement therapy. Fitusiran is a subcutaneous siRNA therapy that reduces antithrombin levels to restore hemostasis.
