Sanofi and Regeneron Report Phase 3 LIBERTY AD CHRONOS Results for Dupixent in Atopic Dermatitis

Sanofi and Regeneron today announced results from the Phase 3 LIBERTY AD CHRONOS trial evaluating Dupixent (dupilumab) plus topical corticosteroids in patients with moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis. The trial met its primary endpoints, demonstrating significantly higher rates of clear or almost clear skin and significant improvements in itch compared to placebo at week 16 and week 52.
