Sanofi and Regeneron Report Phase 3 Results for Dupixent in Adolescent Atopic Dermatitis

Sanofi and Regeneron today announced Phase 3 trial results for Dupixent (dupilumab) in adolescents aged 12 to 17 years with moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis. The trial met its primary endpoint, demonstrating a significantly higher rate of clear or almost clear skin compared to placebo at week 16. These results led to FDA approval of Dupixent for adolescents.
