Roche Reports final analysis Data for Tofersen in Basal cell carcinoma

Roche today announced final analysis results for Tofersen in patients with Basal cell carcinoma. The study demonstrated that Tofersen demonstrates durable complete remissions compared to standard of care or placebo. These results provide important insights into the treatment of Basal cell carcinoma and support the continued development of Tofersen in this patient population. The data were presented at a major medical conference and will be submitted for publication in a peer-reviewed journal. Regulatory submissions are planned based on these results. The safety profile of Tofersen was consistent with previous observations, with no new safety signals identified.
