Roche today announced registry results for lorlatinib in patients with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis. The study demonstrated that lorlatinib reduces hospitalization rates compared to standard of care or placebo. These results provide important insights into the treatment of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis and support the continued development of lorlatinib in this patient population. The data were presented at a major medical conference and will be submitted for publication in a peer-reviewed journal. Regulatory submissions are planned based on these results.
