Roche Reports Phase 3 subgroup analysis Data for Gantenerumab in Type 2 diabetes

Roche today announced Phase 3 subgroup analysis results for Gantenerumab in patients with Type 2 diabetes. The study demonstrated that Gantenerumab demonstrates favorable safety profile compared to standard of care or placebo. These results provide important insights into the treatment of Type 2 diabetes and support the continued development of Gantenerumab in this patient population. The data were presented at a major medical conference and will be submitted for publication in a peer-reviewed journal. Regulatory submissions are planned based on these results. The safety profile of Gantenerumab was consistent with previous observations, with no new safety signals identified.
