Regeneron and Sanofi Report Phase 3 Results for Dupixent in Pediatric Prurigo Nodularis

Regeneron and Sanofi today announced results from the Phase 3 LIBERTY PN PRIME2 trial evaluating Dupixent (dupilumab) in adolescents aged 12 to 17 years with prurigo nodularis. The trial met its primary endpoint, demonstrating significant reductions in itch intensity and skin lesion counts compared to placebo at week 24.
