Regeneron Reports Phase 3 PRIME Results for Dupixent in Nodular Prurigo

Regeneron and Sanofi today announced results from the Phase 3 PRIME trial evaluating Dupixent (dupilumab) in adults with nodular prurigo. The trial met its primary endpoint, demonstrating a significantly higher proportion of patients achieving a clinically meaningful reduction in itch and skin lesion clearance compared to placebo at week 24. These results led to FDA approval of Dupixent for nodular prurigo.
