Regeneron Reports final analysis Data for Dupilumab in Light chain amyloidosis

Regeneron today announced final analysis results for Dupilumab in patients with Light chain amyloidosis. The study demonstrated that Dupilumab demonstrates durable complete remissions compared to standard of care or placebo. These results provide important insights into the treatment of Light chain amyloidosis and support the continued development of Dupilumab in this patient population. The data were presented at a major medical conference and will be submitted for publication in a peer-reviewed journal. Regulatory submissions are planned based on these results. The safety profile of Dupilumab was consistent with previous observations, with no new safety signals identified.
