Pfizer Reports Phase 3 Data for Nivolumab in Spinal muscular atrophy

Pfizer today announced Phase 3 results for nivolumab in patients with spinal muscular atrophy. The study demonstrated that nivolumab reduces exacerbation rates compared to standard of care or placebo. These results provide important insights into the treatment of spinal muscular atrophy and support the continued development of nivolumab in this patient population. The data were presented at a major medical conference and will be submitted for publication in a peer-reviewed journal. Regulatory submissions are planned based on these results.
