Pfizer Reports Phase 3 JADE REGIMEN Results for Cibinqo in Atopic Dermatitis

Pfizer today announced results from the Phase 3 JADE REGIMEN trial evaluating Cibinqo (abrocitinib) in patients with moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis who had achieved a response to abrocitinib induction therapy. The trial met its primary endpoint, demonstrating a significant reduction in disease flares with Cibinqo maintenance therapy compared to placebo.
