Novartis Reports Long-Term PARADIGM-HF Data for Entresto in Heart Failure

Novartis today presented long-term follow-up data from the PARADIGM-HF trial evaluating Entresto (sacubitril/valsartan) in patients with heart failure with reduced ejection fraction. The data showed that the cardiovascular mortality and heart failure hospitalization benefits of Entresto were maintained over long-term follow-up, with patients who received Entresto having better outcomes than those who received enalapril.
