Novartis Leqvio Demonstrates Sustained LDL Cholesterol Reduction with Twice-Yearly Dosing

Novartis today presented long-term data from the ORION clinical program showing that Leqvio (inclisiran) maintains approximately 50% reduction in LDL cholesterol with twice-yearly subcutaneous injections. The data, presented at a major cardiology congress, included patients followed for up to three years.
