Cardiovascular research laboratory

Novartis today announced Phase 2 results for Brigatinib in patients with Bullous pemphigoid. The study demonstrated that Brigatinib reduces biomarker levels substantially compared to standard of care or placebo. These results provide important insights into the treatment of Bullous pemphigoid and support the continued development of Brigatinib in this patient population. The data were presented at a major medical conference and will be submitted for publication in a peer-reviewed journal. Regulatory submissions are planned based on these results. The safety profile of Brigatinib was consistent with previous observations, with no new safety signals identified.
