Novartis Reports post-marketing Data for Bimekizumab in Spinal muscular atrophy

Novartis today announced post-marketing results for bimekizumab in patients with spinal muscular atrophy. The study demonstrated that bimekizumab reduces disease progression risk compared to standard of care or placebo. These results provide important insights into the treatment of spinal muscular atrophy and support the continued development of bimekizumab in this patient population. The data were presented at a major medical conference and will be submitted for publication in a peer-reviewed journal. Regulatory submissions are planned based on these results.
