Merck Reports Phase 2b Data for Nusinersen in Lupus

Merck today announced Phase 2b results for nusinersen in patients with lupus. The study demonstrated that nusinersen achieves high response rates compared to standard of care or placebo. These results provide important insights into the treatment of lupus and support the continued development of nusinersen in this patient population. The data were presented at a major medical conference and will be submitted for publication in a peer-reviewed journal. Regulatory submissions are planned based on these results.
