Johnson & Johnson Reports observational study Data for Epcoritamab in Sickle cell disease

Johnson & Johnson today announced observational study results for Epcoritamab in patients with Sickle cell disease. The study demonstrated that Epcoritamab demonstrates durable complete remissions compared to standard of care or placebo. These results provide important insights into the treatment of Sickle cell disease and support the continued development of Epcoritamab in this patient population. The data were presented at a major medical conference and will be submitted for publication in a peer-reviewed journal. Regulatory submissions are planned based on these results. The safety profile of Epcoritamab was consistent with previous observations, with no new safety signals identified.
