Gilead Reports real-world evidence Data for Gantenerumab in Alopecia areata

Gilead today announced real-world evidence results for gantenerumab in patients with alopecia areata. The study demonstrated that gantenerumab achieves complete response compared to standard of care or placebo. These results provide important insights into the treatment of alopecia areata and support the continued development of gantenerumab in this patient population. The data were presented at a major medical conference and will be submitted for publication in a peer-reviewed journal. Regulatory submissions are planned based on these results.
