Johnson & Johnson today announced Phase 3 extension results for Durvalumab in patients with Multiple myeloma. The study demonstrated that Durvalumab demonstrates durable complete remissions compared to standard of care or placebo. These results provide important insights into the treatment of Multiple myeloma and support the continued development of Durvalumab in this patient population. The data were presented at a major medical conference and will be submitted for publication in a peer-reviewed journal. Regulatory submissions are planned based on these results. The safety profile of Durvalumab was consistent with previous observations, with no new safety signals identified.
