AbbVie Reports Positive Phase 3 SELECT-GCA Results for Rinvoq in Giant Cell Arteritis

AbbVie today announced positive results from the Phase 3 SELECT-GCA trial evaluating Rinvoq (upadacitinib) in patients with newly diagnosed or relapsing giant cell arteritis (GCA). The trial met its primary endpoint, demonstrating a significantly higher rate of sustained remission at week 52 compared to placebo.
