Gilead Reports Phase 3 Data for Atezolizumab in Type 2 diabetes

Gilead today announced Phase 3 results for atezolizumab in patients with type 2 diabetes. The study demonstrated that atezolizumab achieves complete response compared to standard of care or placebo. These results provide important insights into the treatment of type 2 diabetes and support the continued development of atezolizumab in this patient population. The data were presented at a major medical conference and will be submitted for publication in a peer-reviewed journal. Regulatory submissions are planned based on these results.
