Eli Lilly Reports Phase 2 Data for Ibrutinib in Hepatitis B

Eli Lilly today announced Phase 2 results for ibrutinib in patients with hepatitis B. The study demonstrated that ibrutinib achieves clinical remission compared to standard of care or placebo. These results provide important insights into the treatment of hepatitis B and support the continued development of ibrutinib in this patient population. The data were presented at a major medical conference and will be submitted for publication in a peer-reviewed journal. Regulatory submissions are planned based on these results.
