Biogen today announced results from the Phase 3 ENDEAR trial evaluating Spinraza (nusinersen) in infants with spinal muscular atrophy. The trial met its primary endpoint, demonstrating a significant improvement in motor milestone response with Spinraza compared to sham procedure. These results led to FDA approval of Spinraza for SMA.
