Biogen and Eisai Report Two-Year CLARITY AD Extension Data for Leqembi in Alzheimer's

Biogen and Eisai today presented two-year open-label extension data from the CLARITY AD trial evaluating Leqembi (lecanemab-irmb) in patients with early Alzheimer's disease. The data showed that patients who continued treatment maintained their clinical benefits, while patients who switched from placebo to Leqembi showed improvements in clinical outcomes. Complete amyloid clearance was achieved in a significant proportion of patients.
