Biogen and Eisai Report CLARITY AD Biomarker Data for Leqembi in Alzheimer's Disease

Biogen and Eisai today presented comprehensive biomarker data from the CLARITY AD trial evaluating Leqembi (lecanemab-irmb) in patients with early Alzheimer's disease. The data showed that Leqembi reduced not only amyloid plaques but also tau tangles, neuroinflammation markers, and neurodegeneration biomarkers, suggesting a broad impact on Alzheimer's pathology.
