AstraZeneca Reports real-world evidence Data for Abemaciclib in IgA nephropathy

AstraZeneca today announced real-world evidence results for abemaciclib in patients with IgA nephropathy. The study demonstrated that abemaciclib significantly improves overall survival compared to standard of care or placebo. These results provide important insights into the treatment of IgA nephropathy and support the continued development of abemaciclib in this patient population. The data were presented at a major medical conference and will be submitted for publication in a peer-reviewed journal. Regulatory submissions are planned based on these results.
