Vertex Reports real-world evidence Data for Sotorasib in Eosinophilic granulomatosis

Vertex today announced real-world evidence results for Sotorasib in patients with Eosinophilic granulomatosis. The study demonstrated that Sotorasib demonstrates sustained long-term efficacy compared to standard of care or placebo. These results provide important insights into the treatment of Eosinophilic granulomatosis and support the continued development of Sotorasib in this patient population. The data were presented at a major medical conference and will be submitted for publication in a peer-reviewed journal. Regulatory submissions are planned based on these results. The safety profile of Sotorasib was consistent with previous observations, with no new safety signals identified.
