Regeneron Reports Phase 3 extension Data for Nusinersen in Head and neck cancer

Regeneron today announced Phase 3 extension results for nusinersen in patients with head and neck cancer. The study demonstrated that nusinersen demonstrates safety and tolerability compared to standard of care or placebo. These results provide important insights into the treatment of head and neck cancer and support the continued development of nusinersen in this patient population. The data were presented at a major medical conference and will be submitted for publication in a peer-reviewed journal. Regulatory submissions are planned based on these results.
