Pfizer today announced Phase 3 trial results for tanezumab, an anti-nerve growth factor (NGF) antibody, in patients with moderate-to-severe osteoarthritis pain of the hip or knee. The trials demonstrated significant reductions in pain scores and improvements in physical function compared to placebo.
