Novartis Reports post-marketing Data for Palbociclib in Focal segmental glomerulosclerosis

Novartis today announced post-marketing results for palbociclib in patients with focal segmental glomerulosclerosis. The study demonstrated that palbociclib reduces disease progression risk compared to standard of care or placebo. These results provide important insights into the treatment of focal segmental glomerulosclerosis and support the continued development of palbociclib in this patient population. The data were presented at a major medical conference and will be submitted for publication in a peer-reviewed journal. Regulatory submissions are planned based on these results.
