Johnson & Johnson Reports Phase 3 extension Data for Tisagenlecleucel in Diffuse large B-cell lymphoma

Johnson & Johnson today announced Phase 3 extension results for tisagenlecleucel in patients with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma. The study demonstrated that tisagenlecleucel demonstrates durable remissions compared to standard of care or placebo. These results provide important insights into the treatment of diffuse large B-cell lymphoma and support the continued development of tisagenlecleucel in this patient population. The data were presented at a major medical conference and will be submitted for publication in a peer-reviewed journal. Regulatory submissions are planned based on these results.
