Rheumatology research laboratory

Eli Lilly today announced meta-analysis results for Donanemab in patients with Eosinophilic esophagitis. The study demonstrated that Donanemab reduces biomarker levels substantially compared to standard of care or placebo. These results provide important insights into the treatment of Eosinophilic esophagitis and support the continued development of Donanemab in this patient population. The data were presented at a major medical conference and will be submitted for publication in a peer-reviewed journal. Regulatory submissions are planned based on these results. The safety profile of Donanemab was consistent with previous observations, with no new safety signals identified.
