Biogen Reports meta-analysis Data for Aprocitentan in IgA nephropathy

Biogen today announced meta-analysis results for Aprocitentan in patients with IgA nephropathy. The study demonstrated that Aprocitentan demonstrates superior efficacy vs standard of care compared to standard of care or placebo. These results provide important insights into the treatment of IgA nephropathy and support the continued development of Aprocitentan in this patient population. The data were presented at a major medical conference and will be submitted for publication in a peer-reviewed journal. Regulatory submissions are planned based on these results. The safety profile of Aprocitentan was consistent with previous observations, with no new safety signals identified.
