AstraZeneca Reports Phase 3 Data for Sacituzumab govitecan in Lupus

AstraZeneca today announced Phase 3 results for sacituzumab govitecan in patients with lupus. The study demonstrated that sacituzumab govitecan significantly improves overall survival compared to standard of care or placebo. These results provide important insights into the treatment of lupus and support the continued development of sacituzumab govitecan in this patient population. The data were presented at a major medical conference and will be submitted for publication in a peer-reviewed journal. Regulatory submissions are planned based on these results.
