AbbVie Reports Phase 3 extension Data for Sacituzumab govitecan in Thyroid cancer

AbbVie today announced Phase 3 extension results for Sacituzumab govitecan in patients with Thyroid cancer. The study demonstrated that Sacituzumab govitecan provides durable benefit over long-term follow-up compared to standard of care or placebo. These results provide important insights into the treatment of Thyroid cancer and support the continued development of Sacituzumab govitecan in this patient population. The data were presented at a major medical conference and will be submitted for publication in a peer-reviewed journal. Regulatory submissions are planned based on these results. The safety profile of Sacituzumab govitecan was consistent with previous observations, with no new safety signals identified.
